Please bring your dental insurance information, a list of your medications and your current medical history information to your appointment. If you have dental insurance we are able to file the claim electronically to your provider.
We strive to ensure the needs of our valued patients are always our top priority, and we schedule appointments to accomplish this. Your appointment is scheduled to meet your treatment needs. We respectfully ask that you allow two business days notice for cancellation or a rescheduling fee may apply.
We accept cash, cheques, Visa, MasterCard and debit payments. Payment is due when services are rendered; in some cases, payment plans are available.
